Large room - HUGE terrace - 1 min to tube station

1 room available due to flatmate moving out.
The flat is a 3 bedroom flat with a huge terrace, located right next to Kentish town station. The flat has 2 bathrooms, one of which you would share with one person and a kitchen/living room area which are shared between us.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, built-in closets, chest of drawers, sofa bed & bedside table. It's a really big room with all white furnitures.

Looking for someone who is in their mid 20's to late 30’s 's who is friendly, respectful of their flatmates, and keeps things tidy. It's not a party house so if you're looking for some peace and quiet but still sociable household then this is it :)

Current flatmates are me, Natalie and I'm 32 years old from Sweden and work in the hospitality industry (office hours-ish). Teresa is 26 years old from Austria and works for the University and mostly works from home.

Pets are welcome but cats needs to be hypo-allergenic.
