Hello,

My flat in Kentish Town has been recently refurbished and I am looking to rent out the second en-suite bedroom. The apartment is bright, large and spread over the top two floors of a beautiful Georgian terrace building. The interior has been totally renovated inside to a high spec finish. The living room and kitchen are both spacious shared spaces which enjoy morning and afternoon light and include all everyday appliances.

I ordinarily work in London and spend my spare time going out with friends, keeping fit, experimental cooking and typically travel a fair amount. Whilst there is plenty of space for 2 people to work from home, I am slowly returning to the office and would prefer a flatmate who is in the process of doing the same. Looking for another young professional who is half serious about life but enjoys a few beers every now and again.

Located in Kentish Town (zone 2) and 5 minutes walk from Kentish Town underground, national rail and Tufnell Park underground stations. Kentish Town West is an overground station which is a 15 minute walk away. There’s lots to do in Kentish Town; bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes etc and Camden, Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath are just a short stroll away.

Residents parking permits are available from the council for a very small fee per year.
