Looking for a tidy housemate

Hi, I’m Agota, i would be one of your future flatmate.
We are 3 male and 1 female so far in the house. We are professionals, clean, tidy, respectful house mates. We are very friendly also quite. We keep in mind each other working hours and privacy.
We are looking for a similar candidate male or female. The house is very cozy we have a massive garden with bbq and fire pit in it. Obv in this weather is not a plus , but spring is around the corner, it very nice to chill there. The house has a living room w diner and spacious kitchen. We have a small conservatory for storage. There is a small toilet under the stairs in case someone is at the main bathroom.
Your room would be a single room with a big window , very bright, overlooking the road, but the windows are very good so you cant hear the traffic, is a small double bed a wardrobe and a bedside table . If you need a table for studying or anything there is the dining room, more the welcome to use it.
We have Sky Tv and Virgin internet.

Also we have 2 dogs in the house, both very friendly, Byto is a 13 year old zuchon and Luna a 3 year old golden Labrador. So would be nice, if you not allergic or not afraid from dogs.
