Hello lovely people,

Our current tenants are moving out of this beautiful room by the end of Feb, and we are looking for someone to take their place from March 1!

We prefer couples as the dynamic has felt better in the past, and the tenants of the other room are a couple, but if you're a solo tenant and you like the look of the place, that's great too! Bonus points if you are planning on staying a while, because finding new tenants is not my favourite hobby.

The room has been recently renovated by our own loving hands, so you're getting a room that is a mixture of cutting edge contemporary style and the reduced section at IKEA. My wife and I bought the place to live in but had to leave for family reasons, so as landlords, we want you guys to really love living in our home. We are always available via whatsapp for any questions or issues, and all of our tenants have had great things to say about their experiences (and can say these things directly to you if you want first hand accounts of what it's like to live here).

Now, I'm sure you're thinking 'Mate this is London tell me about the transport links ffs.' OK! The location of the place is great for transport links.

- Brondesbury park overground is 2 mins walk (or 1 mins run clutching a slice of toast when you're late for work) and that takes you south/west towards Shepherd's Bush and Clapham, or east towards Stratford if that's where you need to be.
- We are also a 7-10 minute walk from Queens Park Bakerloo line and Overground, which takes you to Euston in ten mins flat (useful) or if you wanted to go to Watford Junction (less useful). BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!!
- We are ALSO a 10ish min walk from Kilburn Jubilee line station.

So 3 very convenient transport links right on your doorstep. How nice for you!

The flat itself has been renovated recently by myself and my wife, who put a lot of love and care into making it beautiful. We recently gave some bits a fresh lick of paint, and we are always on hand if something isn't right. There is a big shared living room with all the usual stuff (Big comfy couch, TV, LOADS of books, and i think there's even a PS4 knocking about these days.) There's a big dining table for when you want to entertain, and a well equipped kitchen to do all your gourmet cooking in!

The bedroom is the smaller one of the two in the house, but is still a very reasonable size and comes with a frankly ludicrous amount of storage. It's got everything you would expect in a bedroom. I'm not sure what else to say about it really... It has a nice bed and a nice big mirror check you don't have anything in your teeth before you go out out.

In terms of your landlords, we spend a lot of the year abroad but communicate very often with our tenants over whatsapp, who will (hopefully) tell you that we are lovely people and very quick to fix any issues that come up in the house! We have never had any complaints at all and pride ourselves on making the whole rental experience smooth and easy, because that is unfortunately a rare experience in London. When we are in the UK we usually pop by to see how things are getting on, or to pick up our post or something that we've kept in our cupboard, and we usually bring a takeaway with us!

Anyway, we hope to hear from you soon! Like I said, the room is available from the 1st March, and our current tenants Victoria and Ashley (both professionals, both amazing) in the other room are waiting to show you round! You can also chat to our vacating tenants Kody and Josh for any first hand reports you may desire of their experiences.

If you have any questions, just drop us a message!

OH. Did I mention that we also have a great balcony with a lovely green view, outdoor seating and a BBQ. IDEAL for the British summer aka the three non-consecutive sunny days in August? No? Well now I have.

*All bills included except gas which is done via a top up card and is not a lot at all (approx £10 in the summer, £25 ish in the winter per month).

Lastly if you've read this far, and for full disclosure, the house is near to a train track that has a couple of freight trains go by. It isn't particularly bothersome, especially after a week or two getting used to it, but i don't want anyone to be surprised by it when they come to see the place!
