Friendly home looking for fourth female flatmate!

Hello!

My flatmates and I are looking for a fourth female flatmate to share our warm and cozy-to-be home with.

We are from Greece/America, France and Australia and are working professionals.

We are looking for a very clean, respectful and kind flatmate that enjoys socialising on evenings, but also appreciates quiet time and her personal space.

We have a non-smoking, very tidy, LGBTQ+ friendly home. Please only contact us if this fits with you!

We enjoy cooking/baking, watching movies together and chats and going out from time to time when our schedules allow it.

We have a small room available with a double bed, large wardrobe, and shelves. Although it is the smallest room, it has a lot of potential and hidden space!

We are located in a very quiet residential neighbourhood. Shops, pharmacy, cafés, park and tube station (Maida Vale-Bakerloo Line) are all within a 5-minute walk away.

Within bus rides to Central London, Kilburn, Notting Hill, Camden and Hampstead. St John's Wood and Little Venice within a 15 minute walk away.

The flat is furnished and includes a spacious living room, medium-sized kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washing machine and little terrace.

The rent is 545 GBP (bills not included). Bills are usually 50-80 GBP per month.
