Bright double bed in Kilburn

Furnished double bed available from the end of this month in a three bedroom flat with a big bright living room! Quiet residential street far enough from the station not to hear the trains, but close enough to reach it in a few mins!

The room itself is bright, comes furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is only shared with one other housemate (myself indeed) since the third housemate has an en suite. However, our bathroom is better, bigger and has a bathtub!

There's a large living room in the flat and an open plan kitchen with heaps of natural light, so the space itself is pretty wonderful. There's a non-operating fireplace that we like to display our alcohol collection on! We've got a washing machine of course, and even a dishwasher, however we don't really use it much.

The bills come up to roughly 90/ per month, and that includes council tax, water, electricity and gas, Wi Fi.

Kilburn is a great area starting with amazing transportation links (Underground, Overground and Thameslink station 10-15min walk away, night buses). The high street has everything you could possibly need - all the shops, fresh fruit and veg supermarkets, good old pubs and a tattoo studio I couldn't recommend more! West Hampstead is only a short walk away from the flat too, and has plenty of cool bars and cafes to hang out at, you'll find me there often when I'm not working!

Two existing housemates, myself and Felipe, are professionals working in different fields, therefore doing different hours and living on different schedules. We respect each others privacy, but we also make an effort to have dinner together (and wine of course) and catch up on what's going on in our lives. We are looking for someone who wants to feel at home the same way we feel at home in the flat.
