Sadly I am moving out of my lovely double bedroom in West Hampstead to move in with my boyfriend! I've absolutely loved living here - the room is bright and sunny and the flat is amazingly spacious given how cheap the rent is for this area!

The flat is just 10 minutes walk from both West Hampstead and Kilburn stations. West Hampstead high street is just 5 minutes away, but there's a bus you can catch right outside the flat that'll take you there as well if you're not much of a walker! Cricklewood station is also within walking distance and there are plenty of bus routes to choose from.

There are loads of nice shops and restaurants on the high street nearby - including a Tesco, Sainsburys and a Waitrose. The local pub does an excellent pub quiz night every Thursday which I'd highly recommend! If you're a gym-goer - there's a large Virgin Active nearby and a 'The Gym' less than 10 mins away.

The room itself is south facing so gets lots of sunlight throughout the day. It also comes furnished, with two large built-in wardrobes with plenty of shelves and hanging space.

As one of the rooms in the property is en-suite, the large communal bathroom is only shared with one other person!

Both of the current girls in the flat are super friendly - they are both multi-lingual and speak French, German and Spanish! The flat is kept very clean and everyone pitches in to help.

The flat has a large open plan kitchen/living space where we spend a lot of time. The kitchen has all the amenities you would expect - dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer etc. We had a new oven installed last month as well.

Bills aren't included in the rent but cost £51 per month in total (that's for gas, electricity, wi-fi, water and TV licence). If you pay council tax it is an additional £55 each month.
