Looking for a friendly sociable professional ideally around the same age as us between 25-30ish. We’re two 27 year old female professionals and we take our jobs seriously - it’s not a party house but we do like to let our hair down in our spare time! We’re looking for someone we can be friends with, not just housemates. We respect each others privacy of course but we want someone who we can have fun with and do social things with e. g. occasional dinners together, having drinks/games nights on the weekend, going out to pubs/restaurants. We’re not perfect but we try to keep the place clean and share out the responsibility of looking after the house in general - we want someone who will be on board with this :)

The room available is one of three double bedrooms in a three bed flat. The room has one chest of drawers, a dresser/chest of drawers and a large built in wardrobe. All furniture pictured is included and screws are in the walls for more shelves/pictures.

The flat also has large reception, fully fitted recently refurbished kitchen, recently refurbished bathroom, small balcony off the reception and shared garden. Location is amazing - it’s a 2 minute walk from Kilburn park station/lots of buses/night buses, and 5 min walk from Kilburn High Road which has shops (Tesco express/Aldi/Sainsburys/Primar k/TK Maxx/Poundland etc), markets, pubs/restaurants, gyms etc.

The room is available now because our housemate had to suddenly move home to Australia for personal reasons :( We’d like someone who can move in as soon as possible.
