Well-decorated en-suite bedroom opening on garden

The room:
The room is 3.1x3.1 in size and has its own, very stylish shower room. It is bright with a glass door opening onto the garden.

The flat
It’s a very well decorated flat with wooden floor throughout. It really has a cozy feel to it. There’s an open kitchen and a spacious living room, with quite a big entrance hall that allows you to leave everything that belongs outside when you step into your home (lots of shoe storage, etc.)
The bedrooms/bathrooms are on either side of the common living space allowing for privacy.
The kitchen is well equipped.
There is a lovely garden with a patio area. I've done a bit of gardening during lockdown so there's plenty of herbs and hopefully soon vegetables!
Charges are around £150/person/month counting council tax, water, gas, elec and a regular cleaner (to be agreed).
We are close to all amenities, 3mn to the overground, 6mn to the tube.
Myself:
I work from home but I normally travel a lot for work: we will see how things develop with international travel but as things get better, you would often have the flat to yourself. Otherwise I like to socialise but also to keep my home relatively quiet (with the occasional dinner party).
I have a very friendly cat called Romeo so if you’re allergic (or don’t like cats), it’s probably not for you.
