Double room PLUS study in Kilburn / Cricklewood

TWO ROOMS (a double room and a spare room) in a flat in Cricklewood / Kilburn. We're about 10 mins walk from Kilburn tube (zone 2), and 10 mins walk from Cricklewood thameslink station.

You'd get a double room PLUS use of a second spare room (e. g. as an office - it has a desk!). The flat also has a huge living /dining room, two bathrooms and a small garden.

The flat has a really homely feel to it and is located on the Cricklewood Broadway so there are lots of shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.

The room comes with a big double bed (with two under-bed drawers for storage), a triple wardrobe (with a mirror), a bedside cupboard, and a chest of drawers. The spare room (next to the room) has another triple wardrobe (with a mirror), a desk and a chair. There are also lots of cupboards in the flat for larger items like suitcases etc. Oh, and the kitchen has all the normal appliances (including a washing machine).

You'd be sharing with me only (I'm a 28 year old professional) - I'd be happy to show you the flat via zoom or in-person (covid rules permitting).

Bills usually come in at around £90pcm each.
