Kilburn is a magnificent area to live, full of shops, restaurants, pubs, banks, parks and very well connected.
Brondesbury overground 2’ walking.
Jubilee line 5’ walking.
Bakerloo 12’ walking.
Multiple bus stops.

The contract is with the landlord, (no agency involved) who is very nice and happy to help if necessary.

We are looking for a person who could keep the flat clean, tidy and in a good environment as we do it.

The flatmates - both professionals one in Technologies and one in Hospitality. Very clean, tidy and friendly.
