Friendly 3 bed flat between Kilburn/West Hampstead

I'm very sad to be moving out of this beautiful, homely flat and looking for someone lovely to replace me!

THE FLAT

The flat is a very spacious 3 bed with huge shared living room, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 well-sized double bedrooms. We are incredibly well-connected - Kilburn underground (jubilee line) is a 4 minute walk from the house and West Hampstead (Thameslink, overground and jubilee) is only ten minutes by foot. We like to keep the flat tidy and have a cleaner (who is a total legend) that comes twice a month so we can keep on top of things.

The room is the smallest of the 3 rooms but is still a decent sized double with wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers on the landing for you to use. The flat has a lot of storage space so please don't worry if you have quite a bit of stuff!

HOUSEMATES

We are 3 single, friendly girls all aged between 27 and 31. We regularly cook dinner together and there is always a decent stash of wine in the flat! Becky is a teacher and loves running, her gorgeous nephew Rory and checking out the local talent around West Hampstead. Mon works in Marketing, is setting up a business currently and loves reading, cats and orange wine (yes, orange!).

Currently Mon works from home full-time and Becky goes into work. Mon typically works in her room so there's space in the living room or kitchen for you to wfh if you need to.

YOU

We are looking for someone super friendly who wants to treat the place like their home and not just a flatshare. We are a very supportive group and ideally want someone that can fit into this homey dynamic. If you like sharing a bottle of red - even better!

MOVE IN DATE

To move in from 30th June.
