Huge bedroom/bathroom (ideal for couples)

I'm looking for a laid back flatmate or couple to share a very spacious flat.

The area:
The flat is found in the nicer/quieter part of Kilburn. 5 minutes walking to Kilburn (Jubilee) and Brondesbury (Overground), Kilburn High Road and 15 minutes walking from the central part of West Hampstead (including transport).

The flat:
This is a penthouse flat and as the area doesn't have any high-rises it has a really cool view. There is plenty of sunlight and the balcony was redone in 2020. You will have the master bedroom which has a built-in closet and a lot of space for 2 people and storage items. You will have your own bathroom with a bathtub and again plenty of room within.
The lounge and dining areas (same as the room) is unfurnished. If you have your own furniture feel free to bring them along. There is a plan to add furniture so you can also be part of this fun interior decoration project.

The current flatmate:
I'm a young professional, currently WFH and hoping in the new norm I'll keep some days in that setup. I'm quite laid back, enjoy being active but also love to chill when at home, cook, watch a movie. I enjoy banter and socialising with flatmates in the evenings and some might say I like laughing at my own jokes too much - I still get along with those people. I also appreciate my alone time.

Looking for:
Someone who is looking for a home rather than a house. You should be tidy (or try to be tidy), clean and considerate of others' privacy.
As the place is unfurnished and a lot of things will be sorted after my current flatmates move out, ideally I'll be looking for "partners in crime" to lend a helping hand, creative interior design ideas, or anything you have to offer. If you have your own stuff for communal spaces it is of course welcomed.
