Double bedroom in friendly female houseshare :)

Hi Everyone!!
I’m Hannah (KCL 20) :)) My two female flatmates (Vanessa 20 KCL, Catherine 24 City) are looking for another to join our 4 bed flat!
We have secured the flat already, all holding fees have been paid as our fourth flatmate sadly had to withdraw today :(

Essentially, the flat is a four bed with a lovely wide balcony that has room for a lot of plants ;) There is a big bath/shower bathroom which you would share with vanessa and Catherine, and in the kitchen we have a washing machine, dishwasher oven and hobs!

The rent would be 710 for your double room! We have bills ready to be sorted, they come at about £111 through resooma for everything :)

We all know each other quite well but we would love to welcome someone else, we are all studying humanities subjects, love going to the cinema, having a drink now and then, but we also like a bit of quiet time and would always respect your time alone and privacy :)
