I'm looking for someone to share my comfy 2 bedroom flat in West Hampstead/ Kilburn area.

The Flat is 4-minute walk to the Jubilee Line (Kilburn)which takes you into central London (Baker Street/Bond Street/Oxford Circus) in about 12 minutes. West Hampstead overground trains are also nearby (10 min walk), with good access to airports and East/West London.

The Flat is on the first floor of a house conversion, with a good size kitchen, and living room. All rooms have windows. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and green with a good aspect. We have Wi-Fi broadband (72 MB/s), a wash machine/dryer, microwave, medium size fridge, and a freezer. Subscribed TV is possible. Shops are nearby (4 mins. walk), with 24 hours commodity shops, Sainsbury's and Tesco Local, 24 H buses, pubs, gyms, etc. If you have a bike ( or by tube), Finchley Road O2 centre is about 7 to 8 min away with VUE and many shops, gym and larger supermarkets. There is very good access to both Westfield Shopping Malls.

The room is medium but with a double bed and large wardrobe and a large window. Rent is 950 PCM, (inc. all bills) but £1050 if you are a couple.
