Spacious double room with shared balcony

I'm looking for someone to take over my contract until 16 October 2025. The flat itself is very clean with a cleaner attending weekly which is included in the rent.
The flat is right next to Kilburn Park meaning great transport and access to Bakerloo line, only 15-20 min away to Baker Street or Oxford Circus.

The kitchen is spacious with an induction hob, washing machine & dryer, fridge, oven etc. The shared bathroom is also very spacious and well-maintained. My room, which I'm posting about, has plenty of space and for the price, it's a very good bargain. The old furniture is stored in the storage room (which is also quite big) because I didn't like it too much, the white desk, wardrobe and chair is mine and I don't mind leaving it for the new tenant with further discussions about price (would be unfair to leave it for free).

Overall it's a very nice place to rent, i'm only leaving because I will move into an apartment with my girlfriend.

The council tax band is D.
