Double bedroom (with an en-suite, with shower) for rent, a 10 minute walk from King’s Cross St Pancreas station. The house consists of myself (27) from London, my boyfriend (26) from Bournemouth, and our Australian tenant (34).
We’re looking for a professional, clean and respectful (but fun) person to join our home, not a night owl (on weekdays) due to being in a quiet mews, and early mornings for work. Regular work hours are ideal.

Professional only, no students.

Evenings are usually spent watching crap telly with a glass of wine.
Strictly no house parties, we live in a quiet, family-oriented, gated mews. Even though we’re close to the station, we have sound proof windows in all of the bedrooms so you won’t hear anything from outside. We’re also close to multiple supermarkets and gyms, with a park on our door step, as well as a balcony and 5 minute walk from the canal and Granary Square.
All bills are included, from internet and sky tv, to council tax etc. Deposit is one months rent in advanced (£1,150).

Washing machine/ dryer and dishwasher. We also have a wonderful cleaner every two weeks (£11 each, not included in the rent). Storage wise, there’s a wardrobe, chest of draws and space under the bed. Fully furnished, except you would have to bring your own duvet and pillows.
Profession wise, I work in film as a freelance Script Supervisor, as well has having my own handbag company, my boyfriend works for Waitrose, and our tenant works in advertising.
We’re a sociable household, but also respectful of each others space and privacy. Two of us are smokers, but only in the communal area next to the double french doors (basically outside) or on the balcony.
