Urbanest only rents out to students so I am looking for someone who is already studying or will start studying during the period April-September this year.
The room is one of three in an apartment shared with two others. You share kitchen but you have your own bathroom. The room is located on the 6th floor overlooking the Regent Canal. The rent is £ 269/week.
Urbanest St Pancras is located in Zone 1 just above Kings Cross station and St Pancras station with very good communications to the rest of London.
