Cute Flat in the heart of King’s Cross

Sadly one of my housemates is moving in with some friends. But this means we have a wonderful spare room available :)

The room is available from July 10th but possibly available a few days earlier if you need!

- Short term lets considered, but long term preferred.

It’s a great flat and the whole of King’s Cross and Bloomsbury are just a short walk away and you can get all over London with ease. Kings Cross (3 mins), Euston (6-7 mins) and Russell Square (10 mins).

Lovely building with great neighbours, high ceilings, big windows and decent sized rooms.

• About the flat: 3 beds total, great kitchen and cute bathroom. The bedrooms are a great size size with plenty of space! High ceilings and lots of light. Very safe and secure building.

• Deposit is £500. No agency (I organise the rent and bills).

• Rent includes all bills.

No living room but I have got us a sofa, table and wall-mounted TV in the kitchen which works well. I also have a projector in my room for movie nights!

• About the room - comes with the bed, mattress, wardrobe and dressers. Tall ceilings, lots of daylight from the big windows.

• About us:
- Matt - I’m a 31 year old, sociable gay guy with a busy social life. I work part time in hospitality and have a new(ish) side business with dreams of becoming fully self employed. I’m into fitness, photography, fashion, food, gaming and have a nice busy social life.

- Harry - A 27 year old chef who works in a Covent Garden restaurant. Very friendly and considerate. Harry is moving to NYC in the coming months to live with his girlfriend.
• About you:
All we’re looking for is someone friendly and sociable (not the hide in your room type) who’s going to look after the flat, and be up for watching a film or going out for the occasional drink. Have your own life and interests but still want to enjoy home life. Be open, friendly and considerate and don't take yourself too seriously :)

• No couples I’m afraid.
• No smokers
