Hi, I am currently renting a double room in a lovely flat right in the center of London. Myself and my two flatmates are looking for someone to replace me as I’m moving out in August! My flatmates are very easy-going and friendly: 1 girl and 1 guy aged between 25-31. Both are professionals and work regular hours. The flat consists of three bedrooms (the living room has been converted into a bigger bedroom downstairs), a modern kitchen, one bathroom located upstairs and an outside patio which is lovely in the summer! The bedroom I am currently renting has a double bed, a desk and a big wardrobe with lots of storage space. We would be looking for someone who was easy-going, tidy and preferably a young professional.
