Beautiful Judd Street Flat

Hi,

Looking for a new flatmate for a gorgeous little flat in a really perfect location, just between King's Cross and Bloomsbury!

St Pancras Station and the British Library are just at the end of the road, and the flat is on the third floor above the lovely Half Cup Cafe. The Brunswick Centre is only a 5 minute walk away, with a large Waitrose, Curzon Cinema and plenty of amenities. The location really is perfect, most of Central London is within walking distance, and there are amazing transport links from King's Cross (5 minutes away) and around Russell Square (10 minutes away).

Housed within a beautiful listed period building, the flat itself is very modern, neutrally decorated and we keep it clean and tidy. The room is a really good size, with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. Unfortunately there isn't a living room, but the small kitchen is very bright overlooking a open balcony-style walkway.

Bills not included and are around £80 per month, including Council Tax. Happy to accept students, but please be aware that we do split Council Tax between the three of us. You will need a UK based guarantor, or failing that, the ability to pay 6 months rent in advance.

The flat is pretty quiet, and we all have our own space, but it has always been very friendly. My current flatmates are moving to be closer to work. I'm currently a press officer in the art world and work on New Bond Street, which is walking distance away.
