Hi all, I am sadly moving out of my room this week-end and am looking for someone to take over my contract as soon as possible.
The room is fully furnished in a 4-bedroom flat. The location is amazing, only 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross and 10 minutes from Angel. There are bus stops a few meters away from the flat that can take you pretty much everywhere. Restaurants, bars, gyms, supermarkets all within walking distance.
There is everything you need in terms of room furniture and kitchen appliances, so the only thing you need to bring are your clothes!
You will be sharing the flat with two other people (one Canadian guy working in consulting and one Mexican guy studying business) that are very friendly, clean and tidy.
The rent includes all bills (water, electricity, council tax, broadband (that is very fast!) as well as a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks to clean the communal areas.
Viewings to be held in the evenings from 6pm starting from Monday 21st October.
Thanks,
Lauren
