Looking for one person to join me in this lovely modern flat. Perfect for someone just moving to London and needing a short let to find your feet or a commuter needing a weekday place. Or for someone who is looking for a place and wants a friend as well! Very flexible.

THE SPACE
The flat is on the first floor of the building (with lifts) with views of the canal. It's a two bedroom, two bath flat with a balcony. The carpeted bedroom comes furnished with a double bed with storage underneath, two side tables, two lamps, 2 closets, a dresser, and a desk. Your dedicated bathroom is just down the hall, spacious, with modern rain shower and bathtub, long mirrors and cabinet space. The hardwood floored common areas include a closet with a washer/dryer, modern kitchen with full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. The flat has central air conditioning and heating, with individual controls for all rooms.

THE LOCATION
The flat is in a new build mid-rise right along Regent's Canal, Coal Drops Yard, Granary Square, and Kings Cross/St Pancras. The building is right across the street from a Co Op and has secure entry, concierge, bike storage, lifts, and a rooftop garden.

THE SITUATION
You'll be sharing the flat with me, a 31-year old American in change management for a healthcare organisation. I enjoy yoga, wine, video games & board games, pub quizzes, knitting, and tend to be a bit of a homebody even pre-lockdown! I work from home and would be keen on having the living room be a co-working space during the week.

I am open to short and flexible lets.
For a short-let/7 days arrangement, it is £1290/month (including bills).
For a Monday thru Friday arrangement, it is £985/month (including bills).
