The flat is in a residential area and has lots of CCTV cameras for safety. BT WiFi available. No bills to pay.
Flat has relatively large kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Hot water for shower/bath available 24 hours a day.
Brand new kitchen has fridge freezer, washing machine, cooker with oven and grill, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, cupboards, a dining table and chairs.
There are two girls (Chinese and Latvian) and my mum living in the flat at the moment.
Four weeks deposit required and rent paid in advance each week or every four weeks.
