The flat is 5 minutes walking from King's Cross tube, a very well connected area. Also, we are 10 minutes away from Angel area, full of restaurants and bars if you like to go out.
Bills are not included but usually comes across around 80/100£ monthly. There will be a cleaner coming through to look after the flat at least once every other week.
About the room: single but with space, tidy clean and nice window. Feel free to bring it whatever you want, the landlord won't mind. :)
