room C1: a bright room with a view onto the streets - it's our largest room in the house - so I guess you might love it :) you'll find a big wardrobe, shelf and a small table ..and of course a bed (double) ... price is 159 a week - bills included

room C2: the first small room which you can see in the video .. including a private outDoor area backside offering a great view on St. Pancras ... wardrobe, table and of course a bed (double with 120cm) -- All-In-Price: 129 a week

on each floor you will share together the bathroom with one other room, which is located as well on the same floor..

Of course the flat door can be locked. The Flat is located within our freshly renovated EUROPEAN REPUBLIC House - directly at Kings Cross Station. CCTV is installed at the entrance area, but its absolutely safe:

Since we moved into the house (10 years ago) there had been NO incidence at all ;) So you can feel absolutely safe!

You'll live in an awesome area in walking distance of so many important places in Center London! Just check out a map or StreetView.

So just make your room a nice place and style it, some furniture will be provided:
- Wardrobe
- Single or Double Bed which you can turn into a sofa if you want .... a small table can be found as well in some rooms.

You'll find everything needed in the the flat sharing:
- Bath rooms (shared by 2 rooms) including toilet
- Kitchen (including a washing machine)
- dryer on the basement floor
- living room with big screen on the basement floor

4) after you moved in, you need to do the first payment by bank transfer. (1 month in advance)
