You can walk to Angel Upper Street in 15 minutes, Camden in 25 minutes down Regents Canal and anywhere in the West End in about 20-40 minutes or the City in about 20- 30 minutes.
APARTMENT
The apartment is huge by Central London standards and has a contemporary feel, with solid wood floors throughout, very high ceilings and modern furniture.
The property is immaculate and exceptionally clean. The furniture and boiler are brand new.
LIVING ROOM
The living area is huge and open plan and has access to a balcony. There is a large dining table and a corner sofa.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has plenty of storage, granite worktops and built in appliances (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, hob, oven, fridge, freezer). Most appliances are brand new.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 (available for single occupancy only)
This is a very large room with a ton of storage and it’s own bathroom (en-suite). There is an enormous storage corner that can be used as such or as fully closed off work space with a large desk (it’s separated from the rest of the room by floor to ceiling curtains). So if you are WFH, you can hide your workspace after hours.
Bedroom 2 (available for single occupancy only)
This is a large room and has its own bathroom and a Juliette balcony.
There are a large bed, wardrobe, bookcase and desk in the room. The desk is situated by floor to ceiling double windows, so a comfortable WFH area.
BATHROOMS 1 and 2
The bathrooms are almost identical. They both have full size baths and showers with glass screens. There are heated towel rails in both bathrooms.
BUILDING/DEVELOPMENT
The development is gated and the communal areas are covered by CCTV, so it is extremely safe. The flat has a video entry system. This may particularly suit females or people who travel a lot, due to the added security.
There is resident parking in front of the property.
There is a communal courtyard.
There are bike racks in the communal courtyard.
BILLS
The council tax and electricity bills are shared by the tenants.
Broadband and water will be paid
by us.
