Hey there,
My name is George and I'm looking for a friendly and great new housemate to take over my huge double bedroom in my house.
The apartment is over two floors, at the top of a large Victorian house. The room is massive, has a desk, brand new big comfy double bed, a sofa bed, two wardrobes, and some extra seating in the "living room" area. The apartment has a shared bathroom with a good shower with good water pressure (between one other and you only), a shared kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine, lots of cupboard space.
It takes like 5 minutes to walk to Kings Cross station, there is a beautiful park a few minutes away, great restaurants and takeaways, a bus stop literally right outside the front door - it's a fantastic location through and through.
Note: You will need to be able to provide references and take over the refundable deposit from myself when I leave. Bills are about £50-100 per month each (excluding council tax).
Let me know if you want to come and check it out!
Current housemates: 1 bachelors student and 1 masters student, both female from China
Cheers,
George
