Hi, cosy room available in a 2 bed flat, will be 2 people only in the property, including myself. FEMALES preferred.

 It is less than a minute walk to King's Cross (which is across the road), 3-5 minutes’ walk to St Pancras International, served by 6 tube lines, buses, Eurostar with trains going to France, Netherlands and Belgium, etc. trains going to different parts of UK and all airports, plus 5 minutes’ walk to Euston with fab train connection as well.
 You are in the centre in less than 10 minutes, walking distance to Camden, Angel, nice stroll next to canal and you are in Camden and Regent’s Park and other hot spots and places to see in London.
 There is a lot of development & big companies such as Google and a few other tech and pharma players have their headquarters in the area
 There are plenty of restaurants & cafes from fancy & trendy ones to kabab shops you may want
 nice and beautiful canal area, University of Arts wt beautiful fountains and Canopy market located in Granary Square, the best Dishoom restaurant in London
 Recently opened Coal Drops Yard with trendy shops, restaurants, cafes and bands playing or different shows happening on weekends if you wanna chill out locally.

- The room is furnished, there is a shared living area, bath in the bathroom, outdoor area- roof terrace, which is huge bonus for such a central location! Also, smokers can smoke on this roof terrace. There is utilities area that can be used for some storage as well.

- It's a cosy & clean place and I am looking for someone who will treat it as home.

About Me:

- I enjoy meeting people from various cultures and I have a very international background myself, social but respecting people’s privacy.
- I currently work most of my time from home hence prefer someone who either has an office job or spends most of the weekdays in the library/lab:)

- You are female professional, mature, tidy, respectful & friendly, positive minded and drama free.
- You either have a job, internship placement or are PhD student
