En suite in King’s Cross - gym included

En suite double room to let in a modern building on a quiet street with concierge, courtyard, gym, sauna, (access to all included in rent). All normal bills (electricity, internet, water, council tax) are included in the rental price.

The 100 sqm property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms - the person in this room has their own bathroom. You also have communal access to a large open-plan kitchen/living area which provides access to the patio. Large TV, stereo, broadband and a washing machine are all available.

Kings Cross, Angel and Camden town are all short walks away. The City and West End are 30-40 minutes walk, or easily accessible via a large number of bus routes (several bus stops within 3 minutes walk) and rail services from Kings Cross (10-15 minutes walk) and Caledonian and Barnsbury overground station (5 minutes walk, which connects you easily to East London).

I co-own the flat with my brothers and I live at the flat. My brother is leaving for Manchester and a new flat mate is moving in called Will, who's a 27 year-old professional.

I'm a professional and do a mix of working at home and going into the office. For fun, I like having people round for dinner, reading, making music with friends and being outdoors. The flat has always been a place which is clean (we take it in turns each week), quiet on weeknights, but also a welcoming and sociable place for friends to come round to. I encourage people to share the communal spaces and like being comfortable enough with flatmates that we can read a book in the living room whilst someone else is in there, or join each other's friends for Tuesday night pasta, or listen to a record together, or whatever. It's not necessary to spend time together, and I'm generally quite busy, but that's the vibe I'm going for and it would be cool if we enjoyed hanging out a bit.


There are no pets at the flat currently but I might get a dog one day.
