I have a clean, warm DOUBLE ROOM available ASAP.
The room is on the ground floor with a private bathroom (toilet, big shower etc.) 100% privacy.
It's fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk, chairs and has a wooden floor.

This room is priced at £140 p/w. + 2 weeks of deposit.
It's located 8 minutes walk from KINGSBURY Station. It's in a lovely area with parks, tennis courts nearby and excellent bus links too. Literally 3 minutes to the nearest bus stop.

The house is a Victorian style with a porch, driveway and rear garden. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is a comfortable sofa,2 armchair, TV, Playstation, Audio-system to share in the lounge with a huge table.
There are two bathrooms with both having a shower.
