Furnished double room in East London garden flat

Living Room

Hi there, I have a great little flat in dalston and am looking for a flatmate for the second room. The room has nice light and is on the ground floor and faces the street. There is no traffic as there is a dead-end in the street but there is noise of neighbours in the same block coming and going.

It has a living room with a dining table, tiny kitchen and a sweet little garden at the back. The living room is cosy and a good size but doesn't have a great view - in fact its basically a brick wall 10 feet away.

I am 34, I'm a freelance journalist. I'm tidy, love music, politics, ideas and art. A shared meal once a week or so would be great so we can share the cooking and hang out a bit - I eat fish and meat and drink a few times a week.

I'm looking for someone who is sociable and genuine, and, to put this bluntly, works out of the house during the week since heating seems to cost a ridiculous amount at the moment.
