Beautiful and light double room in Kensal rise (5 minutes walk from Kensal rise overground station) available from 1st July 2019

You will be sharing the 3 bedroom house with 2 others, Jonathan and Jenny. They are both in their early 30’s and are lovely and polite! Jonno works as an art director and Jenny is a full time yoga teacher.

We are a friendly sociable bunch and enjoy a good drink and a chat but also respect one another’s privacy.
If you like your own space that’s fine too, it’s a very balanced household and you will have lots of privacy up in the top room. Everyone’s in and out when they please as we all work different hours so if you like alone time too then you’ve got that.

We share a kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. We also have a large open living/dining room area which Is great for entertaining guests. The kitchen includes your standard essentials: microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and newly fitted cooker. We also have a freeview tv and broadband.

The room:

Your room will be the top room, with its own staircase. It’s full of lovely natural light with two big windows. (They come with the blinds so you can choose to have it black out dark if you wish)

It’s extremely spacious. I have a lot of stuff so I’ve filled it out pretty well, it has also got tons of self storage on each side in the eves for things to be put away if you need.

The location is fantastic, not only is it close to Kensal Rise overground with all its quirky little bars with your go to Nando’s and Tesco, but it’s a short 15 minute walk to Ladbroke Grove and the famous Portobello market.

The house is a great location for when Nottinghill Carnival approaches, 5 minutes away from the start of the float.

Transport is perfect, there are various bustops near the house, with services 52, 28, 452, 316 and 6, with the option of walking to the big Sainsbury’s where you can get plenty others, including the 265.

The rent is £667 per month with the addition of around £80-100 bills p/m.
The deposit is £733.

If you think you’d like to view the room I am moving out before the end of the month so the room is available July 01 2019. If you need to move in a bit before then I can definitely be flexible with that.

You will be required to pay 1x months rent plus the deposit in advance before the new month commences.
