We have a selection of recently refurbished rooms to rent in W10

There are 2 modern doubles with wood flooring, comfy beds and lots of storage.

There is also a really cool extra large double height room with exposed brick and king sized bed with a £1k mattress. This room also has its own small private balcony. All 3 rooms were redone in the last year.

The rest of the flat is also clean and modern with a large sun trap balcony off the lounge.

Due to changing jobs we just have 1 housemate living here now - the others sadly moved out of London. So there are up to 3 rooms available either for individuals or groups wanting a good value place to live!
We have a large open plan kitchen diner opening through double doors onto a sun trap balcony. In addition there is a seperate bathroom and toilet so not too much of a rush in the monring or evening.

The rooms are either £725 or £825 a month which includes all bills except £20/month for cleaner and £5 for electricity.
