We are looking for a new flatmate to be part of our great home. We have a bright large double room to rent (ensuite). Quiet, warm, safe and homely. Our great flatmate Isabel is moving back home in March, so we are looking for a new person. Available from mid March (you could possibly move a few days earlier/later, flatmate moving out is flexible) The street is near Ladbroke Grove W10, in an English-speaking home arranged over 3 floors.

The house is shared with 3 other professional people, two males and one female in their mid twenties/mid thirties. We are friendly, respectful, clean and tidy, and are looking for like minded people.

The location is great, walking distance from Ladbroke Grove (5-10mins), Latimer Road (5-10mins) stations. Also Holland Park (20mins) and White City (15mins). We are very close to Portobello Road and the amazing market. You can walk to Notting Hill and the boutiques of Westbourne Grove. The Westfield Shopping Center is also nearby. The area has a couple of gyms, like Virgin Active and plenty of locations for sports. There is a Sainsbury's / Tesco next to Ladbroke Grove station and a big Sainsbury's near the house.

There are four large double bedrooms in the house. The room available features a quality double bed, wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. (All bedrooms in the property have ensuite bathrooms which is amazing)

The available room is £775 per month. (bills are extra)

The house benefits from a large modern kitchen, a large living room (with dining table) with TV and high speed cable broadband. Kitchen is fully equipped, and washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc

The deposit is £870

Contract will be until 9th of Feb 2022, and renewing will then be for 12 months. We ideally want people that want to call this place home, and plan to stay long term.
We have a cleaner every fortnight and all bills are split evenly.

There is a lovely patio and the property is situated right next to Kensington Memorial Park.

Also we have gated private parking.
