Very large double room on offer in a newly decorated and renovated flat. We are looking for easy going, fun, Clean, considerate, professional/post graduate flat mate to join the current flatmates. Only 3 people will be sharing out flat.

The house: it has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (with rainfall shower), WC, Large bright living room / dining kitchen, Utility room, basement den and lots of storage. The house is very bright with high ceiling. It has central heating and electric dyer. All the windows are newly changed and double glazed - well insulated.

Room2: Large double room, high ceiling, double glazing windows, fully furnished with desk and chair, TV, Double bed, cupboard, wardrobe, chest of drawer, and settee. It has an original art deco fire place, and a vanity unit. The carpet is brand new.

Area: Situated in a quiet residential part of Notting Hill. It feels like being in the country, yet 2 mins away from Portobello Market, Ladbroke Grove, Westfield shopping centre and Shepherds Bush (20 mins). It has a cozy little park nearby, with cafes and tennis court and large fields. Couple of Gyms nearby. Lots of fantastic restaurants, cinemas, bars, boutiques, supermarkets ....

Transport: 5 mins walk to Ladbroke Grove or Latimer Road Tubes. Large network of buses 23, 52, 452, 229, 70, 7 and 316.

Rent: is inclusive of CTax, TV licence, Fast BB, and Water bill. But Gas and Electricity is shared between flatmates. There is a biweekly cleaner which is paid directly. And a nominal £50 charge for admin work. Visit cleaner - her cost (£20) is divided between all.

All problems and concerns are dealt with by the owner. No Agency fee. One calendar month deposit is required. the place is popular so if you like it please make sure you leave a reservation fee (which will taken out of your main deposit).
