We’re looking for a new housemate. The house is a 6 minute walk from Ladbroke Grove, 12-15 mins from Notting Hill. You’ll be sharing the house with 3 females (Portuguese, British and Italian), working in engineering, tv and education.

The room is a large furnished loft, with a queen sized bed, a triple wardrobe, two large bedside cabinets and a storage ottoman. The en suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin with a mirror and good lighting. The room has a sloped ceiling with a window that faces East. Single occupancy only.

The house is located a 6 min walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station, 10 mins walk from the shops, bars & pubs of Portobello Road/Westbourne Grove, and 12-15 mins walk from Notting Hill Gate.

The house has front & back patios (with a BBQ), a large eat-in kitchen & living room. The house is located in Kensington & Chelsea should you wish to apply for a residents parking permit. Pay & display is also available. Sky wifi/cable are fully connected.

There is a Virgin Active 5 mins walk away, a leisure centre literally next door, and a Sainsbury's megastore a 10 min bus ride away. There are 2 mini supermarkets within walking distance (Tesco & Sainsburys).

All the housemates are quiet, laid back and friendly.

Rent will include bills, and be payable first week of every month.
