Lovely bright 2 bedroom flat, divided in 2 floors located in a very great position. Newly refurbished: new carpet, new kitchen equipment. The living room is very large and spacious giving great views of the neighbourhood.
The flat was unfurnished when I moved in, so all the furniture is either mine or from the previous tenant (bedroom furniture).
No agency fees.
Bills not included, they average on 120 GBP pp/pm.

LOCATION:
2 minutes walk from Labroke Grove station and Portobello rd. Notting Hill station 12min walk.
Close to the Portobello road market where there's many food stalls, supermarkets, little shops and full of bars and restaurants. Very well connected by tube stations and buses running 24H.
In terms of safety, couldn't be a safer area.
