Large unfurnished double room for rent in a 2 bedroom top floor house conversion flat. The flat has been newly decorated and has a small living room with sofa bed and tv, bathroom with bath and shower, and newly fitted kitchen will all appliances including washing machine and tumble drier.

The flat is located on Felday Road, SE137HQ, the area is really nice and quiet but has lots of shops and restaurants near by. Ladywell station is a 10 minute walk away and trains from there get into London Bridge in 10-15 minutes. The area is also well connected by busses and Lewisham station with the DLR is also close by.

It is just me who currently lives in the flat with my Chihuahua so whoever moves in must be ok with small dogs. I would like to live with someone who likes to keep their home clean as the flat is currently in really good condition.

Included in the rent are all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, virgin fibre broadband and tv licence) and all household items like toilet roll, washing up liquid etc.

Prior to moving in, a credit/reference check will need to be completed. One months rent will also be required as a deposit. The room is available immediately.
