Sadly I am moving away from London, so we have a large double room in a three person household close to Ladywell station and a 15 minute walk and 20 minute walk to Lewisham and Brockley stations respectively. You will be sharing with two young professionals: Sarah (31f, Digital Compositor) and Sabine (34f, freelance Editor and film student). The room is available from mid June and the price is INCLUSIVE OF BILLS. We are looking for the right fit so would like to meet you beforehand! We have a lovely big garden and it's a quiet, clean and friendly household. No couples please - unfortunately the house isn't really big enough for four people. The room comes part furnished with a large single bed and an IKEA shelving unit. We are looking for a sublet for three months until mid September, potentially longer.
