We've got one lovely bright double rooms (the master bedroom) available to rent at the beginning of July in our Ladywell house

4m x 4m size, built in wardrobe, furnished with double bed, drawers and study desk

Bills approx £60-£80 per month

Deposit TBC by landlady but approx 670

Currently there are three people living in the house. We are all aged between 27-35 iand would like to find like-minded creatives aged late 20s + and in employment

The house has ALOT of very spacious communal areas

Downstairs: a beautiful garden with a trampoline and lots of fruit trees, a huge living room, conservatory (great for bike storage / study area), second toilet, massive kitchen

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms plus one bathroom/ toilet

We're looking for someone who wants to make this place their home and understands the culture of house shares; creating a warm, open space to share with one another. It's a reasonably quiet house throughout the day as everyone works away from home. We plan regular house meals when we can or BBQs in the summer time so we aren’t living like passing ships in the night.

The house is 7 mins walk from shops, cafes, Hilly Fields park and Ladywell train station (which is well connected to the London Bridge 9 mins journey in total). You are also a 13 min walk from Crofton Park station (Thameslink) and 15 min walk from Brockley station (overground). 10 min cycle from Goldsmiths University.
