Spacious, Sunny Double Room with a Fantastic View

This is a beautiful, freshly decorated room with good quality antique furniture, a firm but comfortable bed, lots of light and amazing views. ALL BILLS INCLUDED

The fantastic views look out over the city of London, the O2 centre and then south east to the greener parts of Greenwich and Blackheath.

The whole house has been kitted out by developers three years ago, so everything is pretty much new. The downstairs has antique wooden floorboards and the rest fresh new carpets. The garden is also a steal and is great for BBQs and sunbathing.

I share the house with my friend Justyn (aged 35) and my partner Nick (51). We are a harmonious and chilled out household.

I would describe us as friendly, generous, relaxed, intelligent and curious with an interest in creativity, self-development, health and well-being.

We are not regular drinkers but we do have occasional parties. Good communication is important to us, so we'd also like to live with someone who is willing to take part in the household and yet also have their own independent thing going on.

We would like to live with someone who has an eye on being planet friendly, emotionally conscious, who is up to interesting things in the world and who can bring a little life force to the party.

The house itself is super-close to Hilly Fields park so the surrounding area is as peaceful as the house itself.

There are three very good stations nearby.

Ladywell is a 5 minute walk away and has regular trains to London Bridge (10 mins) Cannon Street (20 mins) and Charing Cross (18 mins). It also boasts a charming high street with a great pub, restaurants, a delicatessen and coffee shops.

There is also a great farmers market nearby.

The same trains run from Lewisham which is a 10 - 12 minute walk and this also has the DLR to Canary Wharf (15 mins) and regular trains to Victoria (20 mins). Here you also have a shopping centre with major stores like Marks and Spencers, Boots, TK Max etc etc.

Brockley is 10 - 12 mins away and has lots of great eateries and the overground train is swift and easy to shoreditch, hoxton, dalston and highbury and islington.
