HelIo everyone! I'm looking for a female lodger for a room in a beautiful house in Ladywell, SE13 to share with me, the owner. A LARGE, bright single room with a single bed (expensive, comfortable mattress), shelving, a set of drawers and new wardrobe. There is lots of storage space. Lots of light with a beautiful view over trees and gardens. Shared use of the kitchen, bathroom (power shower and bath), living room and garden. Edwardian terrace house and very quiet area.

I am the female owner and live here. I am a theatre director (community), teacher, choreographer and writer. Non-smoking. Beautiful parks, Hillyfields or Ladywell Park, is at the end of the road. Goldsmiths College I'm ex-MA there) is 20-minute walk or 5 minute bus ride.

It would be preferable if my new housemate didn't work from home or for only one or two days a week.

It's a quiet house as I write from home. Really homely home, cosy and clean.

There is a three-year old cat in the house that does not have to go in the room if preferred.

It is for £750 per calendar month inclusive of bills, including fast broadband. 1 month deposit. References required. The house is in Ladywell, Lewisham, (10 mins to London Bridge) Zone 2 or Ladywell, Zone 3. DLR, train and buses all very near.
