We have a lovely room available in a massive, bright, and beautiful 3 bedroom house.

The double room is £620 pcm before bills. Available late April, with desk and huge wardrobes remaining.

There is also a security deposit of 6 weeks.

The house is stunning with a lot of common space and storage. Beautiful modern kitchen and large open reception area great for entertaining and the patio doors open out to a deck area that is perfect for summer BBQ. In our bathroom we have a jet tub (lush) and a separate shower unit. Toilet is also in a separate room from the bath/shower for sharing convenience. We also have a separate office room too. 🙂

The house is a 10 min walk from Lewisham Station and Ladywell station, and 17 min walk to Brockley station (9 min bus). The 484 bus is on our street, literally across the street from our front door. We are extremely well connected.

The current flatmates work in Property and Hospitality. We have a small Jack Russell Bichon Cross who is playful and cuddly for animal lovers. We love films, cooking, pubs, walks in Hilly Fields, and live music.
