Double bedroom with own separate bathroom offered in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom gay household in SE1.

My partner and I are looking for a flatmate for our spare room for short to medium term letting for three to four months.

The Room
The double room has a king bed with ample wardrobe and bedside storage. It has it’s own separate full bathroom accessed via the hallway that would be solely for the use of the occupant of this room.

The Flat
There is a second bedroom that has it’s own en-suite and there is an open plan lounge/kitchen. The lounge also has a balcony with partial river views. The flat has phone entry, laminate flooring and double-glazing. The kitchen has integrated appliances including washer/dryer, dishwasher, fan assisted oven and fridge/freezer. There is a 24-hour concierge and the flat has high-speed fibre-optic broadband.

The Flatmates
I am 48 and grew up in Newcastle and work in healthcare and teaching mainly in London. My partner is 41 and Polish and works in hospitality in London. We enjoy cycling and trekking. We don’t smoke and are both very tidy and clean.

The Location
The apartment is located in a modern apartment block on Albert Embankment. Located next to Lambeth Bridge, the flat is within walking distance of Vauxhall Underground Station (5 minutes walk) and Westminster Underground Station (12 minutes walk). The full post-code is SE1 7HG. There is a grocery store on the ground floor for all your essentials.

The Costs
Two weeks deposit and references are required. The room is available with all bills are included. Rent is £350 per week. If you are looking for Monday to Friday letting then the rent can be negotiated.
