Lovely Room in Period House, ideal 4 professional

Hi, my name is Jan and I'm a live in landlord / owner of this four bedroom period Georgian house on a period Georgian Square just behind the Imperial War museum.
It's a quiet and super convenient location, you can walk to Lambeth North in and Elephant and Castle tube Stations in a little over 5mins if you walk normally. 59 and 159 and 344 buses go two minutes from the front door along with Boris Bike stands. All local conveniences inc. dry cleaners, hair dressers, restaurants, pubs, local shops / supermarkets, petrol station, dentist, pharmacy, gym etc etc all ultra close. Also Imperial war museum and the park of course. Nice and quiet and hard to believe you're basically in Central London (besides the tower blocks at Elephant & Castle which have sprung up over the last 5 - 10 years and), you can walk up to the South Bank in 10 mins and over one of the bridges to Trafalgar / Picadilly Circus etc in about 20mins if you walk fast. The house is recently refurbished, complete with wooden floors, period fireplaces, a lovely marble bathroom with a huge deep Japanese Soaking tub with Jacuzzi option and large walk-in shower. The kitchen is small but super nice too with black granite and it opens onto a lovely little (yet relatively spacious) garden. Basically I live on the floor upstairs and you live on the one downstairs, with a large living room on the floor between us that we can potentially share. All bills are included including a cleaner, your own TV with Sky downstairs otherwise the shared or in the living room, strong wifi, washer / dryer, all utilities and within reason anything you can think of that I've left out. I'm open to renting the second smaller room downstairs to you if you want as well giving you more space for a separate office or bedroom or whatever (it's currently an unused / guest spare bedroom). I'm a sales director I work in the Aviation Industry although based in The City. I've also lived in London for close to 18 years now so I can also offer tips and directions for London depending on the purpose of your stay.
