A 27m2 balcony with table and chairs and view of communal garden (only 7 flats in total). The flat has a washing machine and a dishwasher. Dry cleaners, pharmacy and off-licence in row of shops just outside block entrance.
Us:
We have been living and working in London for 8 years. Even in non Covid times we tend to be at home in the evenings but sometimes see friends and occasionally host small dinners. We keep the flat fairly tidy but definitely clean.
