Looking for a new housemate to replace me in our lovely Lambeth home. The room is a small double but is a right steal due to it’s cheap rent and amazing location. The rest of the house is m spacious, with 3 floors, 2 bathrooms and a garden.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table and a desk. There is also space to keep clothes in a wardrobe and cupboard space on the landing.

The location of the house is amazing and only a 2 min walk to the river. The nearest stations are Vauxhall, Kennington and Lambeth North which can all be reached in approx. 10mins walking distance. Waterloo is also a 20 minute walk away.

You will be living with 3 super friendly professionals Trystan, Matt and Joel who are all super chill and keep the house tidy.

Rent is £530pcm but can expect to pay around £630pcm with all the bills included.
