Shared house CENTRAL London with Garden

Garden - we use it to hang out with friends and neighbors quite a bit

Looking for someone to take over the room of our house mate moving back to Canada… The bedroom is an en-suite with two large windows and double bed. House features ample communal space, living room, kitchen and garden in this stunning central London house which is honestly a bargain for the price and location surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and theatres… and 4 min walk from Waterloo Station.

Current tenants are South Africans, French-American and English between 28-33 and mixed careers (data scientist, social impact investing, coder/artist and tech researcher) … :) We hang out together quite a bit with friends and neighbours in our garden. We're looking for a male (to keep gender balance in the house) who is late 20s/early 30s.

Bills comes at about £100-150/month (WiFi, council tax, energy and bi-weekly cleaner). You can negotiate with our exiting flatmate what furniture you'd like to keep.
