Room available for rent (looking for a Mon-Fri tenant) in the Stockwell/Brixton area. Flat is a lovely, bright and airy split-level 3 bed maisonette (one bedroom is currently a study) with a big roof terrace/outdoor space.

Its about 10-15min walk from Stockwell tube, Brixton tube and <5min walk to the Brixton main road and all the buses. Denmark hill station also about 15min walk. Separate, secure storage space for bike also included (<15min cycle into central London). Flat is in small, low rise-block which is quiet and has a security gate from the road.

Room is a regular double with plenty of storage space (stuff in the pics is mine and is just there to give a sense of scale, you'll have the whole wardrobe to yourself) and access to all of the communal areas of the flat, includes:
